Hello, Iām Brittany (she/her).
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I work with individuals from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping people be healthy, inner growth, communication, and fostering community and authentic relationships. I specialize in work with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, adolescents, new adults, people who identify as or were socialized female, and people who have experienced religious trauma, adverse religious experiences, and/or spiritual abuse.
Finding a therapist can be daunting. The most important thing is to find someone you can trust and who can help you with the issues at hand. I believe therapy works best through relationship and collaboration. Therapy is a vulnerable process & I want to honor your vulnerability by creating a space in which you feel comfortable. Together, you and I will examine your strengths, increase your knowledge and skill base, and build on what you already know to help you grow to where you would like to be.
